Mujhe most of the time cold (Jukaam) rehta hai. Pehle aisa nhi hota tha. Ye pichhle 1-2 saal se ho rha hai. What may be the reason behind that. And what is the solution. Season change hone par to hota hi hai. Agar immune system weak hai to what is the solution. Please reply.
