Dear Doctor, I am 24 y male (5.5 ft, 53 kgs. On 1st march 2018 I have undergone an appendicitis surgery under laparoscopic method and on the very next day (2 nd march) I discharged from hospital, at the time of discharge I observed that my stomach became some what big and even today (8th march) there is no change. I have no pain, no urinal or motional problem since day one of the operation. Doctor proscribed Tab pan 40 for 15 days and I am using, he didn't write any other tablet after 5 days.(after mar 6th). I am feeling confused and sad. Please help me. Thanking you sir.
