My weight is 83 kg and height is 172 cms and I want to reduce weight up to 70 kg within a month. I run 3-4 kms daily .Don't know about the calorie intake daily but I have muesli and oats almost everyday along with some fruits. 1) should I go in for liquid diet? 2)what is the time up to which I should have dinner? Will skipping dinner and have light food around 7 pm help? 3)should I increase my running distance? 4) should take milk in morning or before bed? 5) whether lemon in luke warm water should be taken and if taken then in morning or evening? Please assist.
