Hi My weight is increasing day by day. Its just because of the junk food and no proper food drinks and all. I need to stop this but can not please help me out with proper diet plans.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts and fresh fruits. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily.
