NOW I M SUFFERING FROM PARTIALLY BLOCKED NOSTRILS, SOMETIMES BOTH NOSTRIL ARE PARTIALLY BLOCKED AND SOMETIMES ONE IS FULLY BLOCKED AND ONE FULLY OPEN. A PRESSURE ON forehead AND HEAD HEADACHE AFTER SOME particular ACTION LIKE SITTING IN AC, AND HEAD PAIN WHEN I SHAKE MY HEAD (AFTER BATH WHEN HAIRS ARE WET SO TO DRAIN OUT WATER) POSTNASAL DRIP (SOMETIMES GREENISH OTHERWISE WHITE COLOR) I suffered of chronic sinusitis in January 18 which my both nostrils were completely blocked. Initially for seven days I was taking 1- levocetirizine (5 mg)+ pseudoephedrine (120 mg) OD 2- nasal drop xylometazoline -twice a day 3- levocetirizine & montelukast- OD 4- Cefpodoxime (200 mg), Lactobacillus (500 mg), Dicloxacillin 5- Betamethasone (0.5 mg) thrice a day After 7 days next 10 days 1- levocetirizine (5 mg)+ pseudoephedrine (120 mg) 2-levocetirizine & montelukast- OD 3- methylprednisolone. MY PNS X RAY REPORT SAYS NO REMARKABLE ABNORMALITY.
