I am suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency, suggest me to better source of this vitamin. Symptoms are white hair, yellowish teeth and weakness of body.

Intake of eggs and dairy products is insufficient in preventing B12 deficiency. Regularly use foods fortified with vitamin B12 or take vitamin B12 supplements diary products like 1.low fat milk 2.yogurt 3.swiss cheese add eggs, fish, turkey and chicken to your diet.
