I am diabetic I am on insulin human mixtard 50 50 morning 35 units and evening 30 units My sugar was around 150 fasting And 300 around pre dinner It is not reducing even I did not get my diet full According to my diet chart please help me to reduce my sugar levels.

To have a clear picture I would want to have some more information regarding your other medications you are taking along with insulin. Your fasting as well as per dinner levels are more than what they should ideally be. One thing you can do is to check your sugar levels more often including 2 hours post-dinner and also post breakfast to have clear picture of how your insulin is doing at the moment.
