Recently mene running start ki h Apne upcoming Physical Exam k lye. Bt m jada run nhi kar pata hu 1-2 min m hi thakk jata hu. Muje 1000 meter in 3 min complete krna h nd 100 meter with 35 kg weight in 3 min. please guide me kis tarah se practice kru. Before Running nd After Running Kya karna chahiye Kya Nhi like what to Eat or drink wt not before and After Running or exercise to build stamina and Speed.
