Hi doctors, I need your help my problem is that when ever my penis got erect (jaisa hi tanav ata Hai aur ling bada aur tight hone lagta Hai) I feel extreme pain in my penis specially lower part aur jitna jayda usme tanav ata Hai utna hi pain badhta jaati Hai. Please suggest me some advice on this.
