Yesterday I went for shivjayanti and suddenly my chest as well as back started paining also left hand so I went to the doctor and scanned for ecg but it was normal he gave some acidity medicines but pain is still the same also nowadays I used to smoke 3 to 4 cigarettes. Please tell me which all medicines should I take. I can not tell this at home.
