In 2006 TB was diagnosed to me & I took medication for almost one year but in 2009 it was again activated, this time bronchoscopy was done & drug sensitivity test was done & took medicine for one & quarter year. Now from Feb 1st 2018 I had dry cough & temp & got chest x-ray, CT scan which has showing reactive of TB. Pls advise what to do. My age is 62+, weight 72 kg (no weight loss)

Rule out diabetes or any immunocompromised state which can cause relapse. Get sputum afb by microscopy for three times, Genexpert for MTB/RIF, sputum afb culture and ssensitivity for both first line and second line TB drugs. Consult a pulmonologist with all records.
