I am aged 41 male .Weight 77 ,height 5 ft 10 inch. Have cholesterol appx 230 at present. For past 10 years its above 195 and below 250. I took 1 mg novastat for 3 months after than not much reduction in levels. For past 45 days taking Novastat 40 mg under Apollo MD's advice. Facing quality of erection issue as its not getting as rigid as it used to ,may be 75 % of original. Sensation of glans also reduced. I am am taking brisk walk for 40 mins daily and weekly one beer. What changes should I do in lifestyle for a healthy sex life and to further reduce cholesterol. Thanks a lot.
