I want to know that my Dr. suggest me deriva CMS gel for acne n blackhead can I use climax A gel instead of deriva CMS gel bcoz it's very costly please tell me there is any difference in both the gels?

Deriva CMS is adapalene with clindamycin. It is by glenmark which is a reputable company. Also deriva CMS works well. The other gel climax A that you have mentioned I haven't heard of it. Don't know it's company or its contents. You can try FACECLIN A GEL. OR ACNETOR AD as alternatives.
