I have read your description and understand your concern. Gall bladder calculi is most of the times asymptomatic. It would only cause symptoms like severe pain in the right upper quadrant of abdomen and jaundice if the stone obstructs the bile duct. Sometimes, it may lead to certain dreadful complications also. Since the ultrasound abdomen is indicative of multiple calculi in the gall bladder and one of them is larger in size with the distension indicative of its inflammation, it would be advisable to undergo the removal of stones by undergoing laproscopic surgery at the earliest. Kindly consult Laproscopic Surgeon in this regard for proper assessment and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
