I have been masturbating since years and I was addicted to it but since last six months I am seeing some serious issues .which are described as below like lack of sex desire, my penis is not having proper erection and if erection is there then for short duration, and sometimes I have noticed a white thick liquid after urine when I used toilet. But now I think my sperm is so watery that it is coming out with toilet as I feel sleepy and tired most if the times. And As there should be erection in the morning but that is also not achieved.
