I have desk job. I have hypothyroidism. Pcos was detected about 6 years back. I took medications and now ultrasounds are fine and periods are a bit regular. I have a cycle of around 35 days. Issue is my weight is constantly increasing. I am really finding it difficult to reduce. How can I do that.
