How can fasting blood sugar be higher than blood sugar reading taken after 2 hours last dinner? It happened many times with me. Does body produce sugar on its own?

The readings can be anything (vary every time) depending upon the sugar levels at the given time. Please read more about Diabetes and it's management from the internet and take the right steps (adapt the healthy lifestyle) to easily control the sugar levels. The basics of good control are: balanced diet (with appropriate calories according to your body needs), daily physical activity (any sort of exercise and Yoga etc) and good sleep. Relax the mind (stress management) through any hobby, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, or visualisation. Please revert if needed, for further clarification.
