Can height be increased before the age of 24 by some exercises or not? I am 23 year old, 167 cm tall and 62.5 kg.

I will suggest you to do various sports activity like playing football, cycling, skipping and can also take calcium and protein rich food But there is very negligible chance for increament in height after 20 years of age.
