I always feel lazy and sleepy. Feels lethargy. I don't even want to walk or do exercise, even if make promise to myself I am not able to make it more than 2 or 3 days. Also my eating not very healthy.

I would advise you to get your thyroid profile checked and also so if you are too stressed out. For weight loss and healthy eating ,focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well.
