I usually eat lot of food, but after every meal Im feeling hungry in very less time, if I take meal at 1.pm again Im feeling hungry at 3 pm I don't know why I'm feeling much hungry in less time.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Have a heavy breakfast every morning. Don't skip your breakfast. Have a protein rich breakfast and also include a serving of fruits in it. Keep drinking water every hour. Ensure that for lunch, you are having plenty of veggies with rotis, rice as well as dal.
