I am having slight pain above penis before urination, after urination pain subsides and also feel like urinating more often. I also feel slight burning after urination for sometime. I regularly test my urine but doctors find nothing abnormal. I just got tested my urine and the report says, Reaction pH - 7.5 (range is 4.5-8) RBC - 0.6/hpf (range 0-2.4) No dysmorphic RBC Pus cells (WBCs) - 1.2/hpf (range 0-1.7) Epithelial Cells - 0.4/hpf (range 0-1.0) Everything else is absent (including bacteria, Trichomonas Vaginal, glucose, crystals, deposits etc) I am having this issue since past one year now. I took antibiotics a couple of times as doctors thought it?s infection but it didn?t help at all. I feel burning sensation and pain 1-2 inches above my penis for a week or two sometimes. Can anyone of you help me with this? Does this look like bladder cancer or something? I am tired of this issue. Please help.
