I am a ciggarte smoker. And it is affecting on my body. Iff I do exercise daily and drink coconut water. Is this helpful for me. If not so what should I do?

Quit smoking. First decrease your daily cigratte counts then further try to control your addiction. Take meals on time. Eat healthy breakfast. Have fruits daily before lunch n take light dinnner.
