My TSH level one year back was 7.40 and today its 9.10. I visited MD phy and he told me to do exercise and reduce wt, I was 84 kgs and now am 82 kgs. But still my TSH gone up. Am regularly working out for 45 mnts. Even LDL has gone up from 144 to 169 this time. Please help.

TSH is a thyroid problem and it will not be controlled by just exercise.. Better Consult for proper homoeopathic treatment... It can cure it and will also help in LDL maintainance...
