Dear doctor I am 27 years old and I start masturbating when I was in 7th standard some time on a continuously bases and on some time by an interval of 4-5 days and ryt now condition is that total loss of sexual excitement, libido and also erection also does not sustain for more than 10 sec. And one major thing that I noticed at my teen age the thickness of my penis and even length also bigger than present condition .ryt now during erection when I masturbate my penis become so hard and shrink and look very thin and angle of erection is also 30 degree means I can not move my penis in 90 degree when it is in erect condition it become so hard and at that time I can not rotate freely up and down left and ryt so please tell me masturbate efct thickness of penis or related to shrinking and please suggest proper medicine and guidance I am so depressed doctor please save my life otherwise sometimes I thought for suicide when all this thing come in my mind and I also smoke alternatively please helped dear doctors.
