Hi doctor, My mother (61 yrs) has a problem on her somewhere near by hip and its paining more sometimes, we had done MRI, it diagnosed as" Findings are suggestive of vascular necrosis of the left femur (Grade III) with acute edematous changes in the bone" we have taken suggestion from couple of Dr's, they suggested for operations, we just wanted to know that without operation can it cured. Or what we have to do. Kindly Suggest. Regards.

Do consult neuro physio as you don't want surgery better keep her in rest and with slight rom by neuro physio and follow his exercise prescription this may extent to maximum 12 to 14 weeks or to healing of bones best wishes.
