Hello doc, my father expired on 23-08-17 in Lucknow hospital but we lives in allahbad. My question is that death certificate kahan se banega Lucknow or allahbad. Bcoz allahbad ke heart care ne refer kar diya tha but cremation alld me hua h? Kahan se banaye kaise banta h or koi bhi nhi bata pa raha h please help us! Bus paisa kharch ho raha or kuch bhi nhi bus hum bacho ko sab bewakuf bana rahe h please help us?

You just have to contact the municipal authorities in area of that hospital, in lucknow. You just have to submit hospital documentation at the local municipal authority in hospital area, the same municipal authority gives you death certificate.
