I am 45 years male. Consuming tobacco and gutka for last 15 yrs. I have now cough, pain in throat and my throat has become freez, any food I take will directly drop down my larynx, I can also unable to cough out or clear my throat. What maybe causing this and what should I do.

I can totally understand that its now your habit to take Gutka and tobacco but as you already know its extremely harmful for you and my request would be to stop taking it. Kindly get a medical examination before starting medicines as this condition varies from patient to patient. Do salt water gurgles atleast thrice a day till you show someone. Take care.

You better stop consuming tobacco & gutka right away. I am sure you would know the deadly affects of tobacco & gutka. Consult an ENT surgeon asap. I hope that there are no changes in the oral cavity.
