I am 59 years and always experience tears from my eyes. Tried various eye drops such as dexoptic eye drops, epicrom, tobrin, cool eyes and lately I-DEW DS camellose sodium eye drops to no avail. Can you prescribe something better for me.

For dry eyes. The best is. Apply some good quality pure cows ghee around you eyes .give it a gentle massage wih finger tips. 5 minutes and then dip a cloth in warm water and apply around the eyes. 4 or 5 times. Then wash away the ghee. Do this once in the morning. At night with clean finger tips apply a drop of the same pure ghee like kajal into your eyes regularly. Be sure that th ethre is very pure. Heat and melt it .nicely filter it through a clean cloth before you bottle it so that there is no impurities or particles i. It when you use for your eyes. The ghee to apply inside the yee shud be kept in a clean dropper bottle so easy to put on finger tip and apply inside the eyes.
