YOU NEED TO take a balanced diet do regular oil massage before taking a bath avoid sleeping in day time sleep before 10 pm and leave bed before 6 am in the morning do deep breathing practices 30 min in morning do meditation drink 2-3 liters water try to maintain a good posture talkless do not drain your energy in multiple activity instead try to sit calmly and observe.
