I include dairy products, green vegetables, pulses and chicken in my diet. Still I see no change in my weight. Instead of that my stomach is bloating. My friends suggested me to eats more chocolates, potatoes, drink brink often. Well I tried but having these daily in large quantities is not possible for me. Pls suggest me some tips to gain weight.

Hi, Have a glass of milk everyday. Eat whole wheat or multigrain bread, cheese, ghee, peanut butter regularly. Et plenty of dry fruits and nuts everyday. Eat more bananas, rice, potatoes.
