I have lots of fat in lower body then upper body. My legs and butt looks so fatty. I have triangular shape body. Can you please suggest me with healthy tips to reduce lower body fat without gym or any other exercises.

You need to do lower body exercises, and need to lose overall fat. Body decides from where to lose fat. For reducing fat and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.
