Dr. I have acidity even if I had already controlled by diet .and taking proper amount of meal and water. And I workout daily. But when I consume my meal. It doesn't digest in proper way. Meanwhile I had also ta ken some medicine. For better digestion. I don't know so please suggest me and help me out with this problem.

What you eat is you after few hours or days, so choose that food which is simple, your body will definitely like it, and there will be no more acidity.
