Hi am 23 years old, my blood group is b negative and my fiancee blood group is o positive, we are going to get mary within 5 months. Everyone is saying because of negative group there may be a problem in pregnancy. Is there any tips to follow before marriage to avoid problems for pregnancy.

If you have any history of abortions then get your ICT test done ,if not then nothing to be done. Once you conceive you will have to take anti D vaccine during 28 weeks of pregnancy ,another anti D shot will be given 72 hrs after delivery if your baby has rh+ve blood group. If mother is rh-ve and father rh+ve then there chances of neonatal jaundice in baby ,anti D vaccine prevents it.
