I was taking tryptomer 25 mg the last 1 year for Post traumatic headache after I had a mild head injury. I am not 100cent relieved yet and now My doctor said it is Migraine and has prescribed me divaa od 250, tryptomer 25 mg od and headset as Sos fr another 2 months. May I know is the combination safe and y m I not getting Complete relief even after a year medication.
