I am 26 years old married female. I have no babies and I am not ready for conception. I want to have sex with my husband without using condom. What are the safest methods other than contraceptive pills which have no effect on period and does not causes any hormonal changes. Hello lybrate-user Copper T is a good option, as - it has no effect on your hormones -no problem or obstruction or discomfort during intercourse but -may have irregular or heavy periods during initial 3 months but that can be taken care off with medications. -yes it can be prescribed for nullipara also.
