Some tips for weight loss. Eat 5-6 meals per day. Drink water 3-4liter per day. Intake 1800 cal per day. Avoid potato, rice, fried food, junk food, sweets. Include in diet egg white, green tea, sprouts, fruits and vegetables, salad, soup, I am guiding you. But I advise for personalized diet plan.
