Hello Dinesh.... i will suggest you some natural tips ...follow them if it doesn't work then go for face to face counselling.... Stop Multitasking: there is no better way to focus on what you are doing then just try to do ONLY what you are doing. Find your biological prime time: everyone has a time during the day when our mind is naturally most focused. If you study during your prime time you'll have more focus and will power, and studying and concentrate on it will be much easier. Have a ?Distraction? list: as soon as a thought comes to your mind, quickly write it down and forget about it. You'll go back to what you have on your "distraction list" later once you are done studying. Listen to Background Noises: help yourself with some background noises. This will help you better focus on what you are doing. Less distractions = less unnecessary thoughts. Use Noisli with a good pair of noise cancelling headphones for the best outcome. Take breaks: this will help you decompress from studying. Use this breaks to let your thoughts flow freely. After the break your mind will be more free to focus. Thank You All the Best
