Hi, I am 38 years old, 5' 9" inches with weight of 82 kg. I work in night shift in a stressful environment. My weight has been remaining same over the last 1 year, unable to lose weight. You have to find time for a 45 minute exercise. You have to take at least 2 cups of vegetable in each meal lunch and dinner. One to rwo cups of freshly cut fruits in between meals. Use less oil in cooking. Eat food cooked outside the house as less as possible.
