Hello Doctor, Age: 35 years. A mother of 5 years old. I am a Thyroid patient for last 7 years. It was detected when I planed my pregnancy and got all the necessary tests done. Even when my Thyroid test result was horribly bad, still my weight was 54 kgs. My height is 165 cms. Now, I am 70 kgs. I will be very honest to tell you that I never made any attempt to keep my weight in check and thus exercise and dieting has never been a part of my life ever. But now I am seriously thinking of starting up a good diet and exercise plan in order to shed at least 14 kgs of weight in a healthy way. I will be grateful if you can suggest me important points on diet and few exercises to achieve my weight loss goal. Thank You!
