I am 21 year old boy .My height is 5'9 and my weight is just 50 .How can I increase my weight. I eat too much but I did not get fat.

Hi lybrate-user, Take more protein rich foods likes eggs and lean meat if you are a non-vegetarian or pulses like soaked white channa, red banana with milk and honey, milkshakes, healthy fats like nuts, avocado etc. Ghee, cheese also helps in weight gain.
