I am 22 years old 185 cm ad 84 kg in weight I am vegetarian and sometimes use to eat non veg over the last 2 years I have gain more weight. Hence suggest me to loose weight. To 75 at least.

For reducing weight and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.
