I am 18 years old. My stitches of penis are not open. One end is stuck with skin. I have a little bit problem to move the skin back when it is erected so please help me what can I do to cure this? Please help me for that.

Hello- " Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
