I am facing pain in my left buttock since 4 days, the pain is not as much as it was on the 1st day but it is kind of irritating. It pains when bent forward, while sleeping and while getting up. It is exactly on the top and top right corner of my left buttock. Also I am already suffering with ano fissure. Is this the root cause for this issue too and is this a severe case? What can be done to cure this.
