I take healthy food with dance exercise thrice a week. Also I finished my b12 deficiency medicines before few months. But I still feel low on energy and tired all time. Please help. Thank you for reading.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your energy levels depend on a well balanced diet, regular exercise, proper sleep routine & less stress - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - avoid deep fried, fat containing & sugary foods, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not skip meals, have meals on time, include a protein food in each meal & also as a snack - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, yoga on days when you are not doing dance exercise - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed - get blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone levels checked up to rule out any other problem.
