Hello, I am 26 years old. I have gained 15 kg of weight for last 5 months. Presently, my weight is 85 kg and I got tired very soon. I want to lose my weight as soon as possible. Please suggest me what to do.

You need to correct your diet wherever it?s going wrong and combine it with walk or exercise. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only.
