I am 21 year old female, got hyperpigmentation around mouth And in hands too. I get easily tanned. If I walk in sun for few minutes also even if I apply sunscreen 15 mins before stepping out of house. My skin becomes dark (melanin production increases). Plzzz suggest me what should I do?
