I feel there is some small ulcer under my foreskin in penis near the joint where which is causing itching and some sticky fluid with foul smell. Even under the foreskin the skin colour changed to grey. Is it some bacterial infection or something else. Colour of urine is pale yellow. And it?s difficult to take foreskin down now.

Hello- Herpes simplex virus infection and syphilis are the most common causes of genital ulcers. Other infectious causes include chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, granuloma inguinale (donovanosis), secondary bacterial infections, and fungi. Noninfectious etiologies, including sexual trauma, psoriasis, Behet syndrome, and fixed drug eruptions, can also lead to genital ulcers. Its better to consult a sexologist without any further delay.
