I got a rash inside my mouth on lower lip it is not at all painful. I got this rash 1 month back and I neglected it to disappear it self but it is not getting disappear by it self. Please help with a perfect medicine for it.

Rash is a vague term, I think you have mouth ulcers. Please visit a dentist and get the treatment. It?s not recommended to prescribe medicines without clinical examination.
