I am 17 years old recently I had undergone a pelvic ultrasound in which I found that my endometrial echo complex is just 6.7 mm thick so am I infertile.

Dear lybrate-user, The thickness of endometrium varies throughout the month and just one reading does not tell much. 6.5 mm thickness is absolutely normal if it is not done in mid cycle. So relax Hope it helps.
