I am facing a problem from 1 years that is if I walk continue or sit on bed & work in laptop from more than 15-20 minutes. My waist & left leg get lock. It's get free very slowly. I can not fold my leg or can not straight my waist .same problem facing after doing some jym work. Few of my colleagues suggested me that it may be slip disk. But I have not get any time to take care of it. If good suggestion comes to your end will be very helpful. Thank you.
